Here our clients receive personalized programming and hands on coaching that is catered to

their fitness goals and background, no matter if you're a beginner or an athlete.

 

One of the bonuses to choosing the private training option is that you will be the only person occupying the facility during your training session. This way you can train with no crowds and no distractions, all the focus will be on you!

On top of receiving personalized coaching and programming, all clients receive meal plan and cardio programming guidance for when they are away from the gym!

Athlete TRAINING Program​ 

​

As a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, I have over a decade of experience with athletes of all levels from middle school aged up to the professional level. I have been fortunate enough to be a part of multiple young athletes' journeys to the Division I & II level.

 

When designing programs for athletes I customize every program based around each athlete and their goals, given sport, health history and experience level. Every athlete receives personalized programming, hands on coaching, along with, pregame/postgame routines, (warm-ups, cool downs) and nutrition advice.

​

Here we offer private, semi-private and field training options for athletes at my studio. Private training rates for 1-on-1 are listed above. Rates for Semi-Private options (2-4) and Field Training sessions will be listed below.

If you have 1-3 teammates or friends who are looking to train for your given sport the semi-private option for athletes is what you are looking for. We offer customized programming for your goals based around your sport and positions.

Field Training Sessions for Small Groups & Teams -

The field training sessions are 30-45 minutes in length and include: 

  • Warm-up & Cool Down

  • Ladder Drills

  • Upper & Lower Body Plyometrics

  • Speed, Agility & Change of Direction Drills 

  • Hill Sprints (Location Dependent)​

Field training sessions are available for athletes seeking private training, small groups or team training. 

​

Location is dependent on clients but is typically at the Andreini Fitness studio, Central Winds Park in Winter Springs, FL or Blue Jacket Park in Winter Park, FL.
