My name is Michael Andreini, I am the Owner and Coach here at Andreini Fitness. I'm a graduate from Temple University with certifications from the National Strength & Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS) with additional certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE).  

 

Fitness has been a major aspect of my life since I realized how beneficial it could be in regards to my athletics. As I progressed through life and into college, I began to realize how passionate I was about coaching while interning as the Assistant Video Coordinator for Temple's Women's Basketball Program. The process of teaching others and making them better versions of themselves is what got me hooked on the idea of coaching initially. After graduating from Temple University, the decision to combine my passion for coaching and fitness made the choice to pursue a career as a personal trainer an easy one!

As a Certified Strength Coach, my job is to not only meant to implement the knowledge I have gained in biomechanics, bioenergetics, exercise technique, programming and nutrition to help my clients reach their fitness goals. It is also my job to improve their ability move more efficiently. One of the most gratifying aspects of my job is being able to help clients who have lived with pain for an extended period of time and being able to fix the imbalances in their body to where they become pain free and daily aspects of life become easier, all while reaching their fitness goals.

The overall goal here is to develop a plan in the gym and in the kitchen to get you from point A to point B is a safe but effective manner so that you reach your goal and become a stronger, healthier, more athletic version of yourself!
